1. Data controller
Meetrana is the data controller for the information collected via the platform. Contact: meetrana.support@gmail.com
2. What data do we collect?
Contact information (name, email), booking data (when, what, with whom), payment data (handled by Stripe, we only see the transaction amount), technical data (IP address, browser for security).
3. Why?
To deliver the booking service, communicate booking confirmations, fulfill legal requirements (e.g. DAC7 reporting to the Swedish Tax Agency), and improve the platform.
4. Legal basis
Contract fulfillment (the booking), legal obligation (DAC7, bookkeeping), legitimate interest (security, improvements).
5. Where is data stored?
Data is stored in Supabase (EU region, Frankfurt). No data leaves the EU/EEA.
6. How long?
Active account: for as long as the account exists. After deletion: 30 days (for backups), then permanent removal. Transaction data: 7 years (Swedish bookkeeping law).
7. Do we share data?
With the business you book with (only what they need), with Stripe (for payment), with the Swedish Tax Agency (DAC7 reporting — only businesses' transaction data). Never sold to third parties.
8. Your rights (GDPR)
Access, rectification, erasure, data portability, objection, withdrawal of consent. Complaints to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
