1. About Meetrana
Meetrana is a digital platform that connects customers and businesses for bookings. Meetrana itself is not a party to the booking agreement — the agreement is made directly between the customer and the business.
2. Disclaimer of liability
Meetrana is not responsible for the performance of services booked through the platform. All questions regarding performance, quality, refunds, VAT and receipts are handled directly by the connected business.
3. Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. Meetrana never touches customers' money. Meetrana charges a platform fee that is automatically deducted by Stripe.
4. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You can delete your account at any time via your settings.
5. Cancellation and refunds
Each business has its own cancellation policy. This is clearly shown when you book. Refunds are handled directly by the connected business via Stripe. Meetrana is not a party to the refund and never touches the money.
6. Your rights under GDPR
You have the right to: access your personal data, correct inaccurate data, delete your account (the right to be forgotten), export your data, object to processing. Contact us at meetrana.support@gmail.com to exercise these rights.
7. Contact
meetrana.support@gmail.com
8. Age restriction
Meetrana's services may be used by persons aged 18 or older. Persons between 16 and 18 may use the service with written consent from a legal guardian. Businesses that register are responsible for ensuring that the representative has the right to enter into agreements on behalf of the business.
9. Intellectual property
Businesses own their own content (name, logo, images, text, prices) but grant Meetrana a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display that content on the platform for the purpose of facilitating bookings. Customers own their reviews but grant Meetrana a license to publish them on the business's profile page. Meetrana's trademark, logo, source code and design are the exclusive property of Meetrana and may not be copied.
10. Force majeure
Meetrana is not liable for disruptions caused by force majeure, including but not limited to: power outages, natural disasters, war, terrorism, cyberattacks, pandemics, governmental actions, or disruptions at subprocessors (Supabase, Stripe, Vercel, Resend). If a disruption lasts longer than 30 days, either party has the right to terminate the agreement.
11. Changes to these terms
Meetrana may update these terms. Material changes are communicated by email with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance. If you do not accept the changes, you may close your account before they take effect.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
Swedish law applies to this agreement. Disputes that cannot be resolved through negotiation are settled by a general court, with the Stockholm District Court as the court of first instance. Consumers always have the right to contact the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN, www.arn.se) or the EU's ODR platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
